OUR TEAM

Welcome to the team Guy!! 🎉 🎮 🎼

Welcome to the team Guy!! 🎉 🎮 🎼

🎵 Huge shoutout to the 34 talented and dedicated students from the Inglewood Music and Arts Program who recently visited our Keywords facilities in Burbank, CA!

🎧 Our team had an amazing time introducing these creative minds to the world of game audio and post-production sound roles. The students got a firsthand look at and participated in the creation of Foley on a Foley stage, music composition, score recording and contracting, sound design and implementation, voice-over, casting and recording, seeing exactly how sound comes to life in games and media.

The @gameaudionetworkguild (G.A.N.G.) generously co-sponsored lunch for all!! THANK YOU G.A.N.G.!

Thank you to John Acosta from AFM Local 47 for introducing us to Aba Ngissah, Director of the Inglewood Music and Arts Program, who does such a remarkable job with her students. Special thanks to composer and audio director, Stephen Rippy, who flew in from Dallas to share his talents and experiences. We are grateful for the contributions of actor, Andrew Kishino, audio director, Jason Wolford, session contractor, Keith Wilson, sr. sound designer, Jordan Harmon, and composer, Austin Wintory, for taking time out to inspire these worthy students. Much appreciation to Westwind Media and Foley artist Laura Macias. Visiting the Foley stage and having an opportunity to get their hands dirty walking some Foley was truly a highlight for the students. To all the staff members at Blindlight, Sound Lab, and Keywords LA., nicely done!!

The future of audio is incredibly bright with this next generation of talent! Thank you for bringing your energy and passion to our studio. ✨

For information on this impressive program and to support the wonderful work Aba and her team in Inglewood are doing, please consider a donation to https://taplink.cc/inglewoodcte

Did you see it? The teaser at The Game Awards last night? Streetfighter, the feature film, is coming to theaters in 2026!! Scott Gershin and his team had a great time designing and mixing this teaser, but now it’s back to work on designing the sound for the film. It’s no small feat, living up to the quintessential sounds and style of this iconic franchise, but of course we’re always ready for the fight. Thankfully our editors and designers aren’t kicking each other through walls just yet... but there is still time!

We’re beyond excited to announce that our long-term collaboration with the NetEase Games team, Destiny: Rising, has finally come to fruition! It’s been almost a 3-year journey of sound design, explosions, mixing, weapons, promos, robots, dialogue editorial, ambiences and dialogue design and we’re super proud to see the game finally come out into the world. It just released and we’ve got to say it sounds amazing. Many thanks to our partners at @netease.games for bringing us into the fold on this one!

Congratulations to our creative director Scott Gershin for being selected for the Lifetime Achievement award at this year's G.A.N.G. Awards! Taking place at GDC in San Francisco, G.A.N.G. will be presenting his interesting journey from singer, guitar player, to an award winning and established sound designer, mixer, and audio extraordinaire.
