Quetzel Herzig
Sound Designer
Raised in the cradle of the Columbia River Gorge, Quetzel’s earliest memories sound like the patter of rain against windshields, and the rhythmic mechanisms wiping it all away. Flash forward to sunny Los Angeles and he’s still obsessed with that magical meeting of texture, rhythm, and emotional resonance.
From indie projects to AAA titles, Quetzel loves to collaborate on top-shelf audio; teaming up to chase ideas all the way down the rabbit hole and back out the other side.
Quetzel spent two years working on an unreleased title for Amazon in Unreal 5, learning the ins and outs of Blueprints. He has also worked extensively, designing and implementing gun skins, maps, and Foley on Valorant for the past five years.
